New website
Spreading the word to newcomers and keeping Charwell in mind within the business community is key. New services had been added since the original website was created, so PYB consultancy helped in clearly define the messages and benefits to be included in the revision. (www.charwellhouse.co.uk)

Welcome web video
With many innovative advantages, such as virtual services, storage and business networking events, a website video is the fastest way to engage website visitors and is also used as a link in email signatures and on newsletters. Importantly, it literally gave Cathy a voice in its production.

Christmas Card video
Charwell are involved in many fundraising and charitable events through the year, so creating a video 'Christmas Card' was a fun way to reflect on the year's activities and say thank you to supporters. It is a "greener" way to distribute than 'paper, print and postage' - and a great way to be in touch with the email database.

Stronger in the downturn
Office Space and Business Services is a very competitive sector, but Charwell is stronger than ever. The clear website structure and video engage visitors and it became the platform on which Cathy enhanced Search Engine Optimisation to make sure she is always on page 1 of Google rankings.

New Business Fayre
Clarifying the messaging has helped in flyer wording and newsletters. The Business Networking club became "online" using LinkedIn and the interest was the basis for running the first Charwell Business Fayre in October 2010

Onwards and Upwards in 2011
