What we did

Real software demonstrations With over 6,000 companies in 50 countries using the software, a web tutorial needs to be online and available 24 x 7. So often, if you just show someone quickly, their whole experience is positive.
Create materials to engage a conversation Building on the web tutorials, we targeted 6 categories of user who get different benefits and created short, targeted pnline video walkthrough's of just a couple of the key software screens that matter most to them.
Explain the Company Philosophy Whilst a customer does not 'have to understand' the company's values and position, NetEvidence do have a unique position adding value to both Internet Service Providers and Enterprise business. It is a relevant, valuable communication, so we created a company overview web presentation to illustrate where NetEvidence makes a difference.

Better Customer Service There is no replacement for excellent people working within an organisation's operations and support teams (and netEvidence have that), but many computer users need a quick way to progress for themselves. Adding short, narrated web animations within the software, help and software support reduces the number of enquiries.
Better Sales communication Sales is not a quick process. Identifying the right people to speak to and getting meetings is not easy and often involves many people and multiple visits and communications. Using sales videos to concisely get the key benefits and relevance across makes a big difference. (Attributed to 20 out of 26 Sales meetings).
