Interview
Questioning each client to gain a thorough understanding of their "world" provides the foundation to writing a balanced short story. Whilst every client is 'expert' in their own understanding, it really helps engaging their potential customers if the introduction is simplified, concise and phrased in everyday language.
Interactive Script development
The story is the foundation on which everything stands. Time spent discussing ideas and wording, pays dividends during the audio recording and beyond.
Recording the narration & adding visuals
Steve has a talent for drama and speaking, so setting up a studio and recording the audio for the web video was a delight. Adding a visual style is based on preference and needs to match each client's personality.

The Outcome

De-mystified
We created an internet video story that illustrated Steve's qualities and gave the viewer the chance to say, "I get it... I can think of a situation where this would help".
Obvious Relevance
By incorporating 2 case studies, it connects the accademic basis with the everyday business world. Particularly in this economic climate, we all have challenges - and Steve's work solves problems.
Online Reference
Steve is a regular blogger and active in the on-line community. Creating a video provided a representative and innovative way for him to engage people online, so that they immediately can see what Deboxing is about. The video also was easy to distribute on YouTube, Voxpod and Facebook. (www.deboxing.co.uk)
